Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Field Staffing Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
