Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Thistle Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Orlando. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
