Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Omaha, NE)

Bright Vista Staffing places workers with employers around Omaha, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
