Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Loom Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
