Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
