Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Umber Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
