Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality is a hospitality company in Oklahoma City with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
