Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Field Financial Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
