Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Studio connects candidates and employers across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
