Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Bridge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
