Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oakland, CA)

Fernwood Kestrel Financial serves customers across Oakland with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to payment disputes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
