Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meadow Housing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
