Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oakland, CA)

Westbrook Glen Health runs clinics and patient services around Oakland. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
