Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Bridge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Oakland, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 436 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
