Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Beacon Staffing connects candidates and employers across the New Orleans region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
