Bright Basin Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
