Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 352 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
