Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Harbor Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the New Orleans area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
