Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (New Orleans, LA)

Amberfield Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the New Orleans area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
