Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove West Facilities looks after properties across the Nashville region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
