Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Keystone Health and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
