Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Nashville. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
