Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook North Community Partners is a nonprofit in Nashville supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
