Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Nashville, TN)

Silverline North Financial is a financial-services company in Nashville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
