Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sable Financial and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
