Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Linden Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
