Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Basin Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Nashville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
