Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Minneapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
