Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Hollow Facilities is a facilities company in Minneapolis with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
