Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Legal Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
