Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Milwaukee supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
