Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Keystone Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Milwaukee, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
