Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood West Care Services supports families and individuals in Milwaukee with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 551 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
