Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Orchard Health is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
