Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Summit Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
