Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Iron Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Miami. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Miami. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
