Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Miami, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
