Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Miami, FL)

Redstone Rook Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Miami. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
