Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Harbor Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Miami area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 470 people based in Miami. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
