Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Granite Community Partners is a Miami charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 814 people based in Miami. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
