Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Memphis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
