Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Rook Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Madison. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 928 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
