Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Vista Markets is a Madison retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Madison. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
