Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Madison, WI)

Redstone Junction Financial serves customers across Madison with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
