Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Madison, WI)

Silverline North Markets is a Madison retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 509 people based in Madison. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
