Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Madison, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
