Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Summit Quarry Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
