Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Louisville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
