Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Granite Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 794 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
