Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Keystone Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
